Premier Koizumi to explain structural reforms to G-8 partners

GENOA, Italy, - Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi tells a group of reporters aboard a government jumbo while en route to Genoa, Italy, for the Group of Eight (G-8) summit of major powers, on July 19 that the popular leader will fully explain the nation's structural reforms including disposal of bad loans held by Japanese banks to G-8 partners.
