Kaio is all smiles after Nagoya tourney victory

NAGOYA, Japan - Ozeki Kaio is all smiles after beating yokozuna Musashimaru with a right-arm throw to win the Emperor's Cup at Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium on July 21, the 14th day of the 15-day Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament. In the day's final bout, Kaio downed Musashimaru to secure his third career title. Kaio notched an unbeatable 13-1 record over three wrestlers -- Musashimaru, ozeki Chiyotaikai and No.5 maegashira Tamanoshima -- who were 11-3 with only one day left.
