Japan, Singapore hold negotiations on FTA

SINGAPORE - Officials from Japan (left side) and Singapore begin a third round of negotiations in Singapore on Sept. 3 over a bilateral free trade agreement (FTA), with the aim of making this round the last and putting the accord into force by next summer.
