Suspended inter-Korea ministerial talks resume in Seoul
SEOUL, South Korea - Delegates from North (L) and South Korea (R) attend a ministerial meeting Sept. 16 in Seoul, amid hopes the talks will succeed in restarting the stalled inter-Korean reconciliatory process. The S. Korean delegation is led by Hong Soon Young, unification minister, and the N. Korean delegation by Kim Ryong Song, a senior cabinet councilor.
