2nd cow suspected of mad cow disease found in Tokyo

TOKYO, Japan - Tokyo metropolitan government officials announce at a news conference Oct. 12 that a cow suspected of having mad cow disease has been found at an inspection center in Tokyo. If test results, to be known Oct. 13, are confirmed positive, it will be the second case of mad cow disease in Japan.
