3 Afghans in Osaka apply for refugee status
OSAKA, Japan - Three Afghan men living in Osaka Prefecture -- (L to R) Abdul Aziz, 29, Mhammad Arif, 28, Mhammad Baqir, 27 -- talk to reporters Nov. 7 in Osaka after applying with the Osaka Regional Immigration Bureau for refugee status. The three belong to the Hazara ethnic group and say they are denied the right to live in their homeland.
