TOKYO, Japan - Some 60 members of a civic group opposed to the imperial system gather in a park in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward on Dec. 1 to protest Japan-wide celebrations over the birth of the first child of Crown Prince Naruhito and Princess Masako the same day.
