Koizumi, Ogata agree to work hard for meeting on Afghanistan

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi (L) and former U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees Sadako Ogata shake hands at the prime minister's official residence in Tokyo on Dec. 13 prior to their talks. They agreed to cooperate so that an international donor meeting on Afghanistan to be held in Tokyo next month will produce results.
