Japan regrets N. Korea's decision to halt search
TOKYO, Japan - Foreign Minister Makiko Tanaka answers reporters' questions Dec. 18 in Tokyo. She said that if confirmed, the North Korean Red Cross Society's decision Dec. 17 to suspend efforts to locate Japanese citizens Tokyo believes were abducted to N. Korea is ''extremely regrettable.''
