YOKOHAMA, Japan - Children hold a banner appealing for the eradication of child abuse at a conference hall in Yokohama on Dec. 20, the last day of the four-day World Congress Against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children. The confab was attended by more than 3,000 participants, including delegates from 138 governments.
