Transport ministers discuss antiterrorism steps, pollution

TOKYO, Japan - Chikage Ogi, Japanese minister of land, infrastructure and transport, addresses the opening of a conference of transport ministers from 19 countries at a Tokyo hotel Jan. 15. The two-day meeting is aimed to discuss antiterrorism measures and transport policies designed to alleviate environmental impacts.
