Tanaka unhappy with Foreign Ministry's temporary location
TOKYO, Japan - Foreign Minister Makiko Tanaka is surrounded by reporters as she enters the ministry's temporary facilities in Tokyo's Minato Ward, located more than 2 kilometers away from the original facility, for the first time on Jan. 15. Tanaka said, ''Looking from the outside, in the event of an earthquake, the windows look fragile. I feel I became foreign minister at an unfortunate time.''
