Gov't OKs use of 2nd Narita runway from April 18

TOKYO, Japan - Transport minister Chikage Ogi (L) on Jan. 17 gives formal approval to Toru Nakamura, president of the New Tokyo International Airport Authority, for use of the newly built second runway at Narita airport, east of Tokyo. The ministry agreed with the airport authority the runway can be used from April 18.
