Ex-top economic adviser urges Japan to set inflation target

NEW YORK, United States - Laura Tyson, who served as head of the U.S. Council of Economic Advisers under the administration of former President Bill Clinton, speaks during an interview with Kyodo News in New York on Feb. 3.
