Bush reaffirms Kim's 'sunshine' policy

SEOUL, South Korea - U.S. President George W. Bush takes an earphone off South Korean President Kim Dae Jung at the end of their joint news conference at the Blue House presidential palace in Seoul on Feb. 20. Bush expressed his support for Kim's ''sunshine'' policy of engagement with Pyongyang while reiterating his skepticism about North Korea's leader.
