Kawaguchi regrets end of U.N. probe of N. Korea 'abductions'
TOKYO, Japan - Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi raises her hand before answering an opposition question at a House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee meeting Feb. 27. Kawaguchi said she regrets that a U.N. task force's probe into allegations that North Korean agents abducted Japanese in the 1970s and 1980s was terminated.
