Bonfire lit in Okinawa to mark 30th anniversary of reversion

NAHA, Japan - A giant bonfire is lit on Cape Hedo, on the northern tip of Okinawa Island, on April 27 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Okinawa's reversion to Japanese control after 27 years of postwar U.S. military rule.
