World Cup monument unveiled at Yokohama stadium
YOKOHAMA, Japan - The 4-meter-high metal monument ''Yokohama Fever'' commemorating the World Cup finals is unveiled May 11 in front of the west gate to International Stadium Yokohama, the venue for the final match of the World Cup on June 30. French sculptor Pierre Matter, commissioned by a sports goods maker, an official sponsor for the World Cup, made the monument.
