Philippines seizes $200 bil. in fake U.S. securities
MANILA, Philippines - A U.S. Embassy official (R) shows one of fake U.S. treasury bills at the Manila airport customs office May 31. Philippine customs agents said they will file criminal charges against a Japanese man and an Australian man suspected of trying to ship fake U.S. treasury bills with a combined face value of $200 billion to Japan and Switzerland respectively.
