Kamei dies at 86

TOKYO, Japan - Former Sumitomo Electric Industries Ltd. Chairman Masao Kamei died of pneumonia at a Tokyo hospital June 23, it was learned June 26. He was 86. Kamei played a key role as a government adviser in privatizing the Japanese National Railways.
