PRAGUE, Czech Republic - Japanese Emperor Akihito (2nd from L) and Empress Michiko (R) meet Czech President Vaclav Havel and his wife Dagmar Havlova at the Office of the President on July 8 after a welcoming ceremony at Prague Castle. The royal couple are visiting the Czech Republic on the first leg of a four-nation European tour.
