MORIOKA, Japan - Japan Railway Construction Public Corp.'s test train ''East Eye'' leaves Morioka Station in Iwate Prefecture on July 18 for Hachinoe Station in Aomori Prefecture to check a 100-kilometer-long northern extension of the Tohoku Shinkansen bullet-train line.
