Two Koreas start ministerial talks
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korea's Unification Minister Jeong Se Hyun (R) and Kim Ryong Song, a senior cabinet councilor of North Korea, shake hands at a hotel in Seoul on Aug. 12. The two Koreas began a three-day, seventh round of ministerial talks aimed at reviving the stalled inter-Korean reconciliation process.
