IMF chief urges Japan to bolster banks
TOKYO, Japan - Financial Services Minister Hakuo Yanagisawa (L) shakes hands with International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Horst Koehler at the Financial Services Agency in Tokyo on Sept. 9 prior to their meeting.
