Abduction issue to be top of Pyongyang summit agenda
TOKYO, Japan - Relatives of Japanese allegedly abducted to North Korea (R) meet with Chief Cabinet Secretary Yasuo Fukuda (2nd from L) and other government officials at the prime minister's office on Sept. 16, a day before a summit between Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and North Korean Kim Jong Il in Pyongyang.
