Osaka loan firm raided over improper collection of funds

OSAKA, Japan - Police search the office of Swiss Private Fund (SPF) in Osaka's Kita Ward on Sept. 20 on suspicion it improperly collected at least 3 billion yen in funds that was loaned by affiliates to the elderly at illegally high interest rates.
