TEPCO inspects reactor after scandal
OKUMA, Japan - Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO) workers watch images fed by a camera on a TV screen while checking the core shroud of a nuclear reactor at the company's Fukushima No. 1 plant in the town of Okuma in Fukushima Prefecture on Sept. 24. TEPCO began inspecting the core shroud to check for possible cracks after a series of cover-ups of damage.
