Kelly urges Pyongyang to settle abduction issue: Kawaguchi+
TOKYO, Japan - U.S. Assistant Secretary of State James Kelly leaves Narita airport, northeast of Tokyo, on Oct. 6 for Washington after briefing Japanese officials on his three-day visit to Pyongyang earlier in the day. Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi quoted Kelly as saying he had urged North Korea to settle the issue of abductions of Japanese nationals by North Korean agents.
