U.S. Navy explains Ehime Maru collision to kin of victims

TOKYO, Japan - Ryosuke Terata (R, front), father of Yusuke Terata, and his wife Masumi (L) walk to a U.S. military facility in Tokyo on Oct. 23 where the U.S. Navy held a meeting for relatives of victims of last year's fatal crash between the Japanese fisheries training ship Ehime Maru and the U.S. submarine Greeneville off Hawaii to explain how it happened.
