OBAMA, Japan - Fukie Chimura, one of five Japanese back in their homeland for the first time since being abducted to North Korea in 1978, takes driving lessons in her hometown of Obama, Fukui Prefecture on Nov. 26 to prepare to take on the roads of Japan.
