Japan's jobless rate returns to record high of 5.5%

TOKYO, Japan - People are trying to find jobs at a public employment office in Tokyo on Nov. 29. The government said the same day Japan's seasonally adjusted jobless rate rose to 5.5% in October after remaining at 5.4% for five straight months.
