Okada tells DPJ leader Hatoyama of his leadership race plans
TOKYO, Japan - Katsuya Okada (front), deputy secretary general of the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ), leaves a meeting with outgoing DPJ President Yukio Hatoyama (background) at the party's head office in Tokyo on Dec. 6 after informing Hatoyama of his decision to run in the upcoming leadership election.
