Hasuike to begin working at Kashiwazaki city hall

KASHIWAZAKI, Japan - Kaoru Hasuike, who was abducted to North Korea in the late 1970s and now back to his homeland, speaks to reporters following his meeting with Kashiwazaki Mayor Masazumi Saikawa on Dec. 22. The mayor said Hasuike may start working at the Kashiwazaki city hall as early as February.
