KANAZAWA, Japan - Photo shows the clothes on the body of a man found washed ashore on a beach in Uchinada, Ishikawa Prefecture on Dec. 28. A badge bearing late North Korean President Kim Il Sung's portrait was found on the man's moss green uniform.
