Toyota, 2 firms to set up junior-senior high school
NAGOYA, Japan - (From L to R) Hiroji Ota, chairman of Chubu Electric Power Co., Shoichiro Toyoda, honorary chairman of Toyota Motor Corp., and Yoshiyuki Kasai, president of Central Japan Railway Co. (JR Tokai) announce in Nagoya on Jan. 8 that the three companies have reached a basic agreement to jointly establish a school for junior and senior high school education in central Japan in a few years' time.
