(3)Court rejects forced labor suits by Chinese
KYOTO, Japan - Liu Zonggen, 72, one of five Chinese plaintiffs, throws up his fist in anger at a news conference Jan. 15 after the Kyoto rejected their suit seeking compensation from a major steelmaker and the central government for forcibly bringing them to Japan and making them work in nickel mines in Kyoto Prefecture during World War II.
