AMAGASAKI, Japan - Michiko Yorozu speaks at a news conference in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, on Jan. 28 after the Amagasaki branch of the Kobe District Court dismissed a damages suit she filed claiming compensation for the death of her adopted son in the collapse of the Hanshin Expressway in the 1995 Kobe earthquake.
