Nakatani aide allegedly operated adult business

KOCHI, Japan - Police sent to prosecutors Feb. 3 papers on an aide to former Defense Agency chief and House of Representatives member Gen Nakatani in connection with an adult-entertainment business in the city of Kochi, western Japan. The secretary, whose name was withheld, allegedly operated ''Twilight,'' a restaurant and show lounge, under the name of an acquaintance in violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses.
