OKIMI, Japan - Photo taken Jan. 30 shows Okimi town's uninhabited Okurokamishima Island in the Seto Inland Sea. The assembly of the town, which is in Hiroshima Prefecture, decided Feb. 3 to reject the mayor's plan to offer the island as an alternative site for U.S. night landing practice by warplanes from the U.S. aircraft carrier Kitty Hawk.
