Animal rights group fails to capture 'Tama-chan'
YOKOHAMA, Japan - Members of the U.S.-based Marine Animal Lifeline emerge from the Katabira River in Yokohama's Nishi Ward on March 11 after failing to capture ''Tama-chan,'' the stray seal that appeared in Tokyo's Tama River last summer. The group rescues stranded animals and returns them to their natural habitat.
