Many U.N. Security Council nonmembers oppose war on Iraq
NEW YORK, United States - Iraqi Ambassador to the United Nations Mohammed Aldouri speaks at an open session on Iraq of the U.N. Security Council on March 11. He condemned the United States and Britain, saying the two countries are aiming to take over its oil reserves. An overwhelming majority of 28 representatives who spoke at the session expressed opposition to the use of military force against Iraq.
