Sanyo Electric seen turning to red on latent losses

OSAKA, Japan - Sanyo Electric Co. President Yukinori Kuwano speaks at a news conference in Osaka on March 14. He said the company is likely to incur a group net loss for the first time in four years, forecasting a 70 billion yen loss for the year ending March 31 compared with an 8 billion yen profit projected in October.
