Cambodia, U.N. ink pact on Khmer Rouge tribunal

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - U.N. legal affairs chief Hans Corell (L) meets with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen (R) in Phnom Penh on March 17. The two sides initiated a provisional agreement on establishing a quasi-international tribunal to bring former Khmer Rouge leaders to justice for genocide and crimes against humanity committed in the late 1970s.
