Parade to mark 400th anniversary of Nihombashi bridge held
TOKYO, Japan - Land, Infrastructure and Transport Minister Chikage Ogi (L in car) and Tokyo Gov. Shintaro Ishihara wave to the crowd during a parade on March 30 marking the 400th anniversary of the first Nihombashi bridge in central Tokyo. Some 4,000 people, including members of the New York City Police Department music band, took part in the parade.
