Japan should print money to contain deflation: Stiglitz
TOKYO, Japan - Joseph Stiglitz, cowinner of the 2001 Nobel Prize in economics, addresses a seminar at a seminar at the Finance Ministry in Tokyo on April 16. Stiglitz said the Japanese government should print money and weaken the yen to combat deflation and revive the economy.
