Toshiba to launch terrestrial digital broadcast TVs in June

TOKYO, Japan - A man operates a Toshiba Corp. television capable of receiving high-resolution terrestrial digital TV broadcasts, which will start in Japan in December, at the company's head office in Tokyo on April 21. Toshiba said it will put on the market June 5 three such TVs to become the first Japanese electrical appliance maker to market such sets in Japan.
