TOKYO, Japan - Five repatriated Japanese nationals abducted to North Korea in 1978 and their supporters listen to Chief Cabinet Secretary Yasuo Fukuda (L) speak at their meeting at the prime minister's office May 8. Fukuda told them Japan may study economic sanctions on North Korea in connection with its kidnapping of Japanese citizens.
