NINGBO, China - This computer graphics gives an image of a new road bridge to be built between Shanghai and Ningbo across the Hangzhou Bay. Chinese officials said that the 36-kilometer-long bridge, the longest of its kind in the world, would cut the time needed to drive between the two cities by half to two hours.
