Naha court issues warrant for U.S. Marine in rape case

NAHA, Japan - Okinawa Gov. Keiichi Inamine (R) urges Lt. Gen. Wallace Gregson (L), the commander of U.S. forces in Okinawa, to hand over to Japanese authorities as soon as possible Lance Corporal Jose Torres, a U.S. Marine suspected of raping and beating an Okinawa woman in May, during a meeting at the prefectural government office in Naha on June 16.
