Koizumi to visit Russia in January

NEW YORK, Japan - Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov (2nd from L) and Japanese Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi (2nd from R) meet Sept. 15 in New York. They agreed to set the date of Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's scheduled visit to Russia for January next year.
